About the Role

As a key part of our scale and growth, we have opened the role within our team for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Retention Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and continued engagement of our existing clients while driving sales growth through effective retention strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing retention programs, managing client relationships, analyzing data to identify trends, assisting clients with trading knowledge, and collaborating with various teams to optimize sales efforts. All the while, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Qualifications

• The ability to be proactive and to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and offering personalized support and guidance
• Experience retail forex sales
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis
• The ability to utilize data analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze client behavior, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Business fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must
• A drive to achieve and exceed targets
