Sales Representative – FMCG at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Sales Representative – FMCG.

Salary:

– €1,500–€2,500 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent employment.

Work arrangement:

– Based on-site in Nicosia, with travel within the assigned sales territory.

Main duties:

– Develop new retail accounts and maintain productive customer relationships.

– Increase product distribution, availability, market share and profitability.

– Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and agreed performance indicators.

– Present products and propose solutions suited to customer needs.

– Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing and promotional activity.

– Resolve customer concerns and follow up on after-sales service.

– Maintain accurate interaction and order records and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

– Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or a related field.

– Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in food or FMCG and supermarket or grocery channels.

– Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills, with a results-focused approach.

– Ability to organise multiple accounts and work independently.

– Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

– Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

– Excellent Greek and English.
