Sales Representative at Dart Recruitment
On behalf of our client, a well established and award winning property development company based in Larnaca, we are seeking a motivated and results driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for a confident professional who enjoys sales, client interaction and wants to build a long term career in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
• Manage incoming leads and generate new sales opportunities
• Communicate with prospective buyers and identify their needs
• Organise and conduct property viewings
• Support clients throughout the full sales cycle
• Utilise social media and digital tools to enhance sales activity
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
Candidate Profile
• Fluency in English and Greek is required
• Russian language will be considered a strong advantage
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive and results oriented personality
• Well organised and able to work under pressure
• Social media savvy
Working Hours
• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 13:30 and 14:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:30 – 14:30
