What You’ll Be Working On
- Independently identify and develop new business opportunities in the fintech and payments industry;
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation and closing deals;
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities;
- Prepare tailored commercial proposalsand contractual documentation;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, marketing, and tech to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery;
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across Europe, actively networking and promoting our brand;
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- 2–3years of experience in B2B sales atfintech, payments, or PSP companies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Deep understanding of payment solutions, acquiring, and/or merchant services;
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills;
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms;
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written);
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the EU for client meetings and events;
