Infocredit Group is a leading provider of business intelligence and risk management solutions for more than 50 years. The company offers high-quality flexible solutions, ranging from Credit Risk Management to Regulatory Compliance, Debt Recovery, Call Centre Services, Training, Consulting, ESG Services and Digital Marketing and is currently looking for a full time Sales Officer for AML solutions to join our team.

Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and promote the company’s AML and compliance solutions to potential clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, AML frameworks, and compliance challenges businesses face today.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30 

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CAMS) is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales. Experience in Financial sector or Regulated entities will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations, AML directives, and financial industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities in the AML and compliance sector.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients, including crafting tailored pitches, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Product Promotion: Promote the company’s AML and compliance solutions through various channels, including industry conferences, seminars, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on product offerings and work closely with the product development team to refine and enhance solution offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by managing sales pipelines and conducting regular performance analyses.
