Sales & Marketing Representative at Dart Recruitment

A well-established company in the property development sector is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to join its team in Larnaca.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with current and potential buyers, promote high-quality residential projects, and contribute to the growth of a respected development firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries from prospective clients and partner agents

• Coordinate and assist in property viewings

• Promote available projects across digital and traditional channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborators

• Liaise regularly with real estate representatives and associates

• Stay informed about current and upcoming development projects

• Maintain and manage internal documentation systems

Requirements:

• Degree from a school, college, or university

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English (Russian is a plus)

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Valid driving license

• Willingness to undergo training and grow professionally
