On behalf of our client, a Property Investment Company, we are looking to hire a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will design and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, strengthen the Company’s market position, and demonstrate a proven history in real estate sales, coupled with deep insight into market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and optimize all activities that generate revenue.
• Recruit, train, and mentor teams while setting performance goals to maximize growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and industry partners.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition to provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences throughout purchasing and leasing processes.
• Provide regular reports for the management on revenue performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior sales or head of sales role within the real estate sector is essential.
• University degree in Sales, Real Estate, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through business development and strategic partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of sales operations, marketing, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
