CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a market-leading state-of-the-art engineering Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our client’s market presence, driving project-based sales, and fostering strong client relationships—particularly within the facade solutions and aluminum systems sector. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally hold an academic background relating to Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field and who possess proven experience in sales preferably within the construction sector. Existing network and strong relationships in the architectural and construction communities are essential and familiarity with facade systems, aluminum products, or related building materials is highly desirable. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the full project sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the construction and building materials industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with project capabilities and timelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
- Proven experience in sales within the construction sector.
- Existing network and strong relationships in the architectural and construction communities.
- Demonstrated success in strategic business development and market expansion.
- Familiarity with facade systems, aluminum products, or related building materials is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a results-driven mindset.
