Sales Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for sales, and love delivering great customer service, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and provide excellent service
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records
• Ensure store displays are tidy, appealing, and well-stocked
• Support daily store operations and team activities
• Help achieve sales targets and contribute to store success

Requirements

• Previous sales or retail experience is a plus (but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and cash handling skills
• Flexible to work weekends or shifts as required
