Sales Executive

Location: Cyprus wide

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit Sales Executive on behalf of a well established company operating within the FMCG sector. The role involves island wide travel, therefore candidates may be based anywhere in Cyprus. Own transport is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and target driven sales professional who enjoys field sales, relationship building and hands on market activity.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00

• Occasional Saturdays may be required for deliveries or activations

• Participation in activations is compulsory when scheduled

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain orders and develop new customer accounts by planning and organising daily sales activities

• Merchandise and display products to maximise visibility and stimulate sales

• Adapt sales presentations according to outlet type and trade requirements

• Analyse existing and potential customer volumes to prioritise sales efforts

• Submit orders using approved price lists and product literature

• Prepare and submit daily call reports, weekly plans and territory analysis reports

• Monitor competitors and collect market intelligence

• Recommend product, service or policy improvements based on market feedback

• Resolve customer complaints and provide structured feedback to management

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• Contribute to overall sales team objectives and performance targets

Candidate Profile

• Proven sales experience is essential

• Previous experience in the FMCG industry is required

• Ability to communicate in Greek and English

• Strong communication skills with openness in reporting and feedback

• Willingness to travel across Cyprus

• Ability to complete daily call sheets and maintain clear communication with management

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

• Confident in negotiation, prospecting and closing

• Strong territory management and presentation skills

• Self motivated and target driven

• Minimum education level Matric

• Own vehicle is required

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between 1,500 and 1,800 euros depending on experience

• Commission on sales targets which are highly achievable
