Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Sales Associate.

Salary:

• €1,400–€2,500 monthly

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• On-site in a luxury retail boutique in Nicosia

Main duties:

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Create a welcoming, client-focused environment in person, by phone and through electronic communication.
• Build lasting relationships with local and international clients.
• Develop strong product knowledge and explain the stories and details behind products.
• Resolve client concerns with management in a way that supports both client and business.
• Organise sales-floor and stock-room inventory with the store team.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow asset-protection procedures.

Requirements:

• At least two years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Strong drive for commercial results and an interest in creativity and fashion.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer-service skills.
• Ability to reprioritise and manage time in a fast-paced setting.
• English plus Russian or another language is an advantage.
