Sales Administrator (Payment Services)

GAP Vassilopoulos Group, one of the 25 largest employers in Cyprus, is currently seeking to recruit a full-time Sales Administrator to join our Payment Services, based at our Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ongoing administrative support and maintain regular follow-up with the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data
  • Assist in preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for management
  • Liaise with clients, handle queries professionally, and ensure excellent service
  • Support client onboarding processes and compliance checks

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
