Sales Administrator (Payment Services)
GAP Vassilopoulos Group, one of the 25 largest employers in Cyprus, is currently seeking to recruit a full-time Sales Administrator to join our Payment Services, based at our Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver ongoing administrative support and maintain regular follow-up with the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data
- Assist in preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for management
- Liaise with clients, handle queries professionally, and ensure excellent service
- Support client onboarding processes and compliance checks
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
