Sales Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is essential in maintaining efficient sales processes, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering excellent service to clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and daily operations
  • Maintaining price lists, inputting pricing, and supporting the preparation of quotations and contracts.
  • Assisting sales representatives with brochures, and basic information.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
  • Track sales orders, monitor progress, and follow up where necessary
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses
  • Monitor sales performance data and generate regular reports
  • Ensure accuracy and organisation of all sales-related documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
