Safety, Quality & Insurance Assistant at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Safety, Quality & Insurance Assistant.

Salary:

– €1,500–2,500 per month, according to qualifications and experience.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– Based in Limassol.

Main duties:

– Maintain statutory records and support office audit programmes.

– Monitor vessel certificates and ISM, ISPS, MLC and ISO documentation.

– Follow corrective actions, non-conformities and fleet safety communications.

– Analyse accidents, incidents, near misses and inspection deficiencies.

– Keep audits, inspections, certificates and reports current in AMOS 2.

– Prepare security plans and assessments for review and submission.

– Coordinate flag-state authorisations, vessel applications, insurance claims and departmental KPIs.

Requirements:

– Degree in Shipping, Maritime Studies or a related discipline.

– Experience in Safety and Quality or a technical role.

– Strong IT skills; AMOS experience is advantageous.

– Basic understanding of QSEEMS and relevant international and national requirements.

– Planning, organisation, analysis, report writing and interpersonal skills.

– Excellent spoken and written English.
