Runner at Thanos Hotels & Resorts

Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Runner for the Almyra Hotel.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that standards of service in your designated outlet are always met as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards and the Policies and Regulations of Thanos Hotels
• Assist in the day-to-day operation of your outlet to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations
• Follow the correct and consistent service techniques according to the F&B standards
• Inform your supervisor immediately regarding any guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations
• Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ensure that this is followed and adhered to by all Staff assigned to you in the designated outlet
• Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager

 

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar position at a 5* Hotel would be considered as an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
• Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure
