Summary:

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent service to guests at the dining areas of the Hotel. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms accurately and promptly
• Set up trays or tables according to hotel service standards
• Present bills and process payments
• Explain menu items and answer guest questions when needed
• Ensure order accuracy
• Clear trays and tables from guest rooms when requested
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report issues to supervisors

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years’ experience in a similar capacity/ faction position in a 4- or 5-star hotel or in a well-established restaurant. 
• Good Knowledge of English Language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification.
