What You’ll Do:

We’re seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our risk and trading oversight function within a multi-asset CFD brokerage. This is a high-impact individual contributor role within a senior team tasked with managing real-time market exposures, analyzing client flow behavior, and optimizing liquidity relationships across asset classes.

 

The ideal candidate will bring deep market risk knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to support the team’s mandate of safeguarding profitability and enhancing execution strategy.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Monitor and manage market risk exposure, ensuring alignment with internal policies and business objectives.
• Maintain pricing integrity and execution quality to deliver a superior trading experience.
• Analyze client behavior and identify toxic or potentially abusive flow, such as arbitrage.
• Assess and manage real-time Value-at-Risk (VaR), perform stress testing, and track key risk indicators (KRIs) in response to evolving market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers and counterparties to ensure consistent execution quality and competitive pricing.
• Continuously enhance internal risk procedures, reporting workflows, and analytical tools to improve efficiency and responsiveness. 
• Support the launch of new trading products and changes in account conditions by evaluating associated market risk impacts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering; advanced qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM are highly desirable.
• At least 5 years of experience in market risk, trading risk, or liquidity analytics within a CFD broker, prime broker, or trading firm.
• Strong understanding of trading revenue models, client flow behavior, and exposure management techniques.
• Hands-on experience with MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, and liquidity bridge technologies (e.g., OneZero).
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, particularly in high-frequency or latency-sensitive environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders, including developers, trading desks, and external liquidity providers.
