• Coach store managers, assess team performance and implement improvement plans.

• Oversee staffing, stock, visual standards, safety and new-store openings.

Requirements:

• Degree in management or a relevant subject.

• At least three years in a comparable retail-management role.

• Strong sales analysis, Excel, PowerPoint and English skills.
