Restaurant Supervisor – Strovolos, Nicosia at UMAMI Sushi and Pan Asian

At UMAMI Sushi & Pan Asian, we are proud to deliver high-quality food and memorable experiences to every guest. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Supervisor to join our team at Strovolos, Nicosia, and help lead our restaurant to success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service
• Ensure high standards of food, service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Organize shift schedules and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Support teamwork between front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and basic administrative tasks
• Assume the Manager’s Role in the absence of the Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or restaurants
• Proven ability to lead and motivate small to medium-sized teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, flexible, and able to work under pressure
• Basic computer skills (POS, scheduling software, email)
• Fluent Greek and English
• Reliability, professionalism, and positive attitude
