We are seeking a refined, confident, and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our luxury hospitality team for the 2026 season. This role is ideal for a professional who values excellence, attention to detail, and elevated guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and high-level service
  • Lead, motivate, and support the service team with professionalism and discretion
  • Uphold luxury service standards and brand values at all times
  • Anticipate guest needs and manage requests with elegance and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Support staff training and continuous service improvement
  • Collaborate closely with senior management

Profile & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a luxury restaurant or hotel
  • Strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills
  • Impeccable service etiquette and guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Fluency in English (additional languages considered an asset)
  • Polished appearance and professional demeanor
