We are seeking a refined, confident, and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our luxury hospitality team for the 2026 season. This role is ideal for a professional who values excellence, attention to detail, and elevated guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and high-level service
- Lead, motivate, and support the service team with professionalism and discretion
- Uphold luxury service standards and brand values at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and manage requests with elegance and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Support staff training and continuous service improvement
- Collaborate closely with senior management
Profile & Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a luxury restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership presence and exceptional communication skills
- Impeccable service etiquette and guest-focused mindset
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service
- Fluency in English (additional languages considered an asset)
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor
