Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Restaurant Manager.

Salary:

– €2,600–€3,100 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site

Main duties:

– Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.

– Lead, train and supervise waiting and bartending teams.

– Maintain high guest-satisfaction standards and handle feedback professionally.

– Monitor sales, profitability and operational costs and support budgeting.

– Coordinate events, functions and group bookings and enforce hygiene, health-and-safety and operating standards.

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar food-and-beverage leadership role.

– Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

– Strong leadership, team-management, customer-service and communication skills.

– Good knowledge of restaurant operations and point-of-sale systems.

– EU citizenship, professional presentation and flexibility for shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Schedule:

– Full-time role with shift, evening, weekend and public-holiday work as required.
