Restaurant Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Restaurant Manager.

Salary:

– €1,500–€2,000 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site

Main duties:

– Lead the restaurant team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

– Plan shifts, train team members and set operational goals.

– Maintain high guest-satisfaction standards and resolve service issues.

– Ensure compliance with learning, safety, cleanliness, menu, recipe and beverage standards.

Requirements:

– At least two years in a similar hospitality role is advantageous.

– Hospitality qualification is advantageous.

– Strong team leadership, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

– Greek and English fluency and working knowledge of Excel.
