Main duties

• Ensure smooth restaurant operations and organise shifts.
• Lead and train the team while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Fluent Greek and English with good Excel skills.
• Strong management and organisational ability.
• At least 2 years of hospitality experience is preferred; a related degree is an advantage.
