Restaurant & Events Manager — Farmakas, Cyprus

We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Manager to lead our restaurant and grow our functions and venue-hire business.

The ideal applicant will have:

– Restaurant management experience, preferably with practical kitchen competence.

– A sound understanding of food and beverage operations, stock control, purchasing and cost management.

– Strong staff management, organisational and customer-service skills.

– The initiative to promote the venue, build relationships and secure bookings for private functions, celebrations and corporate events.

The restaurant currently operates three days a week. The remaining working time will focus on marketing, networking, event planning and developing new business. Weekend availability is essential.
