Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising floor service during daily operations.
Ensuring alma beach service standards are consistently applied across all sections.
Acting as a key point of contact for guests, handling requests and feedback with discretion.
Supporting, guiding and motivating waiters and assistant waiters.
Managing table assignments, guest flow and service timing.
Coordinating closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation in all service areas.
