RESIDENTS MANAGER at Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, is now recruiting for the position of Residents Manager for our Staff Accommodation house.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for resident staff
• Handle day-to-day accommodation matters and resident concerns
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Liaise with contractors and service providers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management, hotel operations, or facilities management
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and building systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and approachable personality
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
