 Job Responsibilities

  • Handle accommodation reservations through telephone, email, online channels, travel agents, tour operators, and other reservation platforms.
  • Process, amend, and cancel reservations accurately and efficiently within the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Manage and coordinate Day Pass reservations, ensuring accurate bookings, payment verification, allocation, and communication with relevant departments.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries regarding room availability, rates, facilities, services, promotions, day passes, and special packages.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of room categories, resort facilities, restaurants, bars, pools, spa services, and all other amenities.
  • Provide guests with detailed information regarding resort services to support informed booking decisions.
  • Apply company pricing policies, promotional offers, and revenue management strategies when processing reservations.
  • Maximize revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling of room categories, packages, day passes, and additional services.
  • Ensure all guest profiles, preferences, and special requests are accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Prepare reservation correspondence and confirmations in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with operational departments regarding guest arrivals, VIP bookings, group reservations, and special requests.
  • Manage group reservations and rooming lists, ensuring accurate allocation and communication.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records, filing systems, and associated documentation.
  • Follow up on no-show reservations and ensure proper documentation and communication with guests or booking agents.
  • Assist with the preparation of reservation, occupancy, and performance reports as required.
  • Handle guest concerns relating to reservations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners.
  • Support Reception and other operational departments during periods of high demand when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, service standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by Management in line with operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Customer Service within the hospitality industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS) and online reservation platforms will be considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of hotel revenue management principles and reservation procedures.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and guest communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication in Greek and English are essential.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.

What we offer

  • All year round employment with a competitive gross salary depending on qualifications and experience:
  • 40 hours per week (5 day work schedule) during the winter period with a gross monthly salary of €1,300 – €1,500
  • 48 hours per week (6 day work schedule) during the summer period with an indicative gross monthly salary to €1,500 – €1,700.
  • 22 days of annual leave per calendar year.
  • 13th Salary.
