On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a professional and customer-oriented Reservations Agent to join its Reservations team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle room reservations via phone, email, online booking channels, and travel partners.
  • Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special guest requests accurately.
  • Provide guests with information regarding room types, rates, promotions, hotel facilities, and services.
  • Ensure all reservations are entered correctly into the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Maximize room revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Housekeeping departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles.
  • Follow hotel policies, reservation procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Relations, or Customer Service within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
  • Experience using hotel reservation systems (Opera PMS or similar) will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • EU citizenship or valid Cyprus work permit.
