– Explain room options, policies, and special-request arrangements.

– Maintain reservation records and support revenue and service objectives.

Requirements:

– Secondary-school certificate; hospitality studies are an advantage.

– At least two years of reservations experience.

– Very good English, Microsoft Office, and reservation-system skills.

Schedule:
