Hiring: Remote Part-Time Office & Sales Assistant
We’re looking for a motivated remote assistant to support our team with a variety of office, sales, and coordination tasks.
🕓 Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Cyprus time)
Main responsibilities:
• Preparing presentations and Excel reports
• Assisting with daily administrative duties
• Supporting the sales team on selected days
• Managing and updating our database / CRM system (screening applications, organizing data, tracking activity)
Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and online tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with CRM or data management systems is a plus
