Recruitment Consultant at D.E. Lavoro Agency Ltd

Our team is getting bigger! We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at D.E. Lavoro Agency Ltd in Limassol. An outstanding candidate should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Update the company’s database with the requested information.
• Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to advise clients and candidates effectively.
• Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Utilize social media channels to advertise the company and attract potential candidates and clients.
• Provide support to the team with any related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• BSc in Human Resource management, Business or related field.
• 1-2 years of related experience will be considered as an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and IT literacy.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented person.
• Any familiarity with Recruitment software will be considered as an advantage.
