Job Description: FX/iGaming/Media Recruiter

Location: Hybrid position in Paphos

Are you a dynamic recruiter with a background in FX, iGaming, or a passion for Media? We’re seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team, with a particular focus on FX and iGaming sectors requiring recruitment experience. For the Media sector, were open to individuals from affiliate backgrounds eager to transition into recruitment. This role demands proficiency in both English and Russian, and we’re open to offering a relocation package for exceptional candidates.

What Youll Do:

Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage with top candidates specifically in the FX and iGaming industries, and explore potential talent from media affiliates interested in recruitment.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each sector.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to effectively attract and engage high-quality talent.

Requirements:

Languages: Fluent in both English and Russian.

Experience:

FX/iGaming: Proven recruitment experience is a must.

Media: Experience in media affiliates with an interest in recruitment will be considered.

Location Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Paphos.
