You aren’t just a “hiring person”—you are the gateway to our company culture. From the moment a candidate sees our ad to the day they finish their first week of training, you will be their guide. This is a high-energy role that blends administrative precision with genuine human connection.

What You’ll Do:

• Post creative ads and source talent for every level—from entry-level baristas to veteran bakers and management.
• You own the process. You’ll screen resumes, conduct interviews, negotiate offers and finalize employment agreements.
• Lead the onboarding process, ensuring every new team member feels like part of the family from day one.
• Represent Sigma Bakeries at local career fairs and community events.

What You Bring:

• You’ve managed recruitment before for at least two years (bonus points if it was in a fast-paced retail or food environment).
• You can juggle multiple openings without dropping the ball.
• You are approachable, professional, and great at building relationships with hiring managers.
• You handle contracts and compliance with 100% accuracy.
