Receptionist / Secretary – Real Estate Services (Limassol)

We are a real estate services company (www.meshitisco.eu) and we are looking for a Receptionist / Secretary to join our team in Limassol, with a net salary of €1,200.

If you are communicative, organized and enjoy working with people, we’d be happy to meet you!


Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors at the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls and manage emails
  • Handle basic office administration and filing
  • Support the real estate team with day-to-day tasks
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Requirements:

  • Very good Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, internet)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, reliable and professional attitude

We Offer:

  • Net salary €1,200
  • 13th salary
  • Full-time position in a professional environment
  • Friendly and supportive team
  • Good working hours:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 08:00–17:00
  • Wednesday: 08:00–15:00
  • Friday: 08:00–13:00
