Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Receptionist to join the Front Office team at Leonardo Cypria Bay Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest arrivals and departures in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Ensure all arriving guests are assigned their scheduled rooms on time.
  • Monitor pending arrivals and departures and report any issues to the Head Receptionist.
  • Provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, services, amenities, and scheduled events.
  • Conduct proper handovers between shifts and maintain the reception cash float.
  • Report maintenance issues and follow up on pending repairs.
  • Stay updated on exchange rates, weather forecasts, and ensure guest information material is available.
  • Promote room upgrades and maximise room revenue based on daily availability.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements regarding the handling of guests’ personal data.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Pleasant and professional personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Diploma from a Hotel School or previous experience in a similar Front Office position.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
