Receptionist at Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean
Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Receptionist to join the Front Office team at Leonardo Cypria Bay Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest arrivals and departures in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Ensure all arriving guests are assigned their scheduled rooms on time.
- Monitor pending arrivals and departures and report any issues to the Head Receptionist.
- Provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, services, amenities, and scheduled events.
- Conduct proper handovers between shifts and maintain the reception cash float.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on pending repairs.
- Stay updated on exchange rates, weather forecasts, and ensure guest information material is available.
- Promote room upgrades and maximise room revenue based on daily availability.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements regarding the handling of guests’ personal data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Pleasant and professional personality with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Diploma from a Hotel School or previous experience in a similar Front Office position.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
