CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established Group of Companies operating in the Logistics, Shipping & Supply Chain Management sectors, we are seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting incoming mail, and more. An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar will be considered an advantage, and you will ideally possess previous experience in a similar role. Fluency in English and Greek in both verbal and written is a must. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th Salary and Provident Fund.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Welcoming announcing and directing visitors, as per Company’s guidelines.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and supervise office access via the front desk by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Respond to in person requests, phone calls and e-mails providing relevant guidance and information. adding/editing information in company’s and government’s systems.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including collaboration with other departments in order to ensure that pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Key Skills/Experience:
- An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
- Well organized.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team working environment.
- Customer service focused.
- Self-confident & positive attitude.
- Pleasant personality.
