Real Estate Lawyer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Real Estate Lawyer.

Salary:

– €1,500–2,200 monthly.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site.

Main duties:

– Support acquisitions, disposals, transfers and financing of immovable property in Cyprus.

– Draft and review purchase, sale and lease agreements, powers of attorney and other property documents.

– Conduct legal due diligence.

– Manage conveyancing and coordinate with the Department of Lands and Surveys and other authorities.

– Advise local and international clients on Cyprus property law.

– Liaise with clients, banks, developers, public authorities and other transaction professionals.

– Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting real estate.

– Provide daily legal and transactional support to the property team.

Requirements:

– Law degree from a recognised university.

– Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.

– At least two years of post-qualification experience in Cyprus property law.

– Sound knowledge of conveyancing and Cyprus property legislation.

– Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

– Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English.

– Ability to manage several matters and meet deadlines.

– Professional, organised and client-focused approach.

– Polish-language knowledge is a strong advantage.
