Property Operations Manager – Mykonos

Senses Villas & Suites, a luxury complex in Mykonos is seeking for an experienced property/hotel manager.
Main Responsibilities: Full responsibility for the daily operation of the property.
Supervision and coordination of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.).
Cash handling oversight, revenghue control and financial procedures management.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards.
Handle and manage reservations.
Leading, developing and evaluating property team.
Handling operational issues and guest complaints.
Liaising with accounting, suppliers and external partners.
Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance targets.
Ensuring a high-quality guest experience at all times.
