Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client , for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Administrative Assistant Job description: Management of incoming calls and emails, responding when necessary and forwarding messages to the appropriate colleagues.
Sorting and retrieving documents and reference materials; archiving.
Conducting market research, gathering data, and preparing presentations and documents for review by the management team.
Participating in the drafting and creation of lease contracts and rental agreements.
Managing and reconciling expense reports and purchase orders.
Ensuring a consistent and professional image through in-person and online interactions.
