A fast-growing real estate development company in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of its property portfolio. The role includes tenant relations, coordinating service providers, and ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of residential and commercial properties
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants and handle inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service providers to maintain high standards
- Monitor and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance and timely rent collection
- Conduct property inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Handle budgets and expenses related to property maintenance and operations
- Ensure adherence to local property laws and health & safety regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, accounting, and legal to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
- Solid understanding of property regulations, leasing procedures, and maintenance practices
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel between sites
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly organized
