The licensed recruitment agency the JOB HOUSE (License No. 505), on behalf of an international non-profit organization, is seeking to recruit a Projects Accountant to join their team in Nicosia.

This role offers the chance to combine your financial background with a meaningful mission, supporting projects that make a real difference around the world.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the financial management of projects funded by restricted grants.
  • Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for donors and management.
  • Monitor project expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Development and Finance teams on reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related certificate i.e. LCCI
  • Previous relevant accounting experience will be an advantage but Junior Accountants can also apply.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
