On behalf of our client, a well established and entrepreneurial family office, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and coordinate multiple business ventures. The group, founded in 1997 as a Venture Capital Fund, has expanded across a diversified portfolio including Financial Services, Consulting, Real Estate & Property Development, Energy, Online Businesses & Media, as well as Healthcare.

With a young, dynamic and highly motivated management team, the organization offers a unique environment that combines strategic vision with hands on execution across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate projects across multiple companies and sectors, including Healthcare

• Work directly with the entrepreneur to translate vision into actionable plans

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and service providers

• Identify risks and propose practical solutions to maintain project momentum

• Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for senior stakeholders

• Improve processes and implement systems to enhance efficiency across businesses

• Support strategic initiatives, expansions, and new ventures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role

• Experience within multi business or entrepreneurial environments will be considered a strong advantage

• Exposure to Healthcare projects or industry will be considered an advantage

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong problem solving mindset with attention to detail

• Fluency in English is essential
