Product Training & Enablement Specialist at Alpha.Jobs
IronFX is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Training & Enablement Specialist to support client-facing and other internal teams across the business. This role is essential in helping teams understand our full product range and use it confidently to deliver value to both clients and the business.
This is an internal-facing role, fully dedicated to coordinating, managing, and delivering training-related initiatives within the company.You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and other teams to turn complex product features into easy-to-understand training and materials that help everyone perform their best. The role will report directly to the Head of Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver tailored training for different internal teams, making sure everyone understands how to use the products and communicate their value;
- Establish and maintain a learning knowledge base that will act as a centralized source of knowledge across functions;
- Design clear and easy-to-follow onboarding and learning materials for product enablement, including training guides, FAQs and other user-friendly resources;
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure teams are well-equipped with product knowledge, brand messaging and best practices for customer interactions;
- Make short walkthrough videos to go along with guides and other materials;
- Work closely with Product Management to stay updated on product plans, new releases, and feature changes, turning technical details into easy-to-understand information;
- Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging with product features and user needs and create onboarding content and walkthroughs for partners and clients;
- Collect feedback from teams, improve training resources, and work with Product and Marketing to make updates as needed;
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on data and feedback;
- Provide ongoing support to client-facing teams, addressing product-related queries and ensuring they have access to the latest materials and insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in product enablement, training, product marketing or a relevant client-facing role is considered a plus;
- Experience in the fintech or forex industry will be considered a plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical and complex product details into easily understandable concepts;
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success;
- Experience in creating useful and engaging training content;
- Well-organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once;
- Experience with trading platforms will be considered a plus;
- Analytical Skills – Experience with tracking and measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
