The role is about:
The Product Manager will lead the development and execution of the Client Portal, a core part of the company’s omnichannel payments platform. You will define and deliver the product roadmap, balancing user needs, compliance, and business goals. This role demands close collaboration across internal teams (Compliance, AML, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Design) and requires strong ownership of product discovery, development, and optimization processes.
You’ll be instrumental in driving CRM-related feature innovation, ensuring compliance across markets, managing localization efforts, and coordinating third-party integrations and backend alignment.
Location: Hybrid in Cyprus or Vilnius Offices or 100% Remote in Portugal, Poland or anywhere in Europe
Reporting to: Senior Product Manager
What you will do:
- Define, own, and deliver the Client Portal product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, AML, Marketing, Operations) and developers to execute efficiently
- Partner with design and engineering to build scalable, intuitive features
- Lead product discovery and ideation, especially for CRM-related features
- Validate new ideas using user feedback and data analysis
- Develop strategies that support cross-market scalability and localization
- Identify performance and growth opportunities using data and market research
- Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards across all supported regions
- Manage third-party integrations and collaborate with API/backend platform teams
What we need:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in FinTech, payments, or CRM platforms
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Tech, Compliance, Operations, etc.)
- Experience with product discovery, user research, and data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage multiple markets, including localization and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with API integration and platform consistency
- Understanding of security and regulatory standards within the payments industry
