Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will lead and improve digital products and business systems used across the company. You will work closely with different teams to plan features, solve operational challenges, and deliver scalable technology solutions.

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager who can turn complex operational and business challenges into world-class digital products used daily by customers, operators, technicians, finance teams, and executives around the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through delivery and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate operational, financial, and customer needs into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Work directly with development teams to define architecture-aware product decisions.
  • Write high-quality PRDs, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Lead prioritization based on business impact, technical complexity, ROI, and operational urgency.
  • Drive agile execution across multiple engineering teams and parallel initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, scalable, enterprise-grade experiences.
  • Analyze product usage, operational bottlenecks, customer behavior, and platform performance.
  • Lead integrations with external systems, including payment providers, CRM systems, APIs, arcade hardware, IoT devices, and operational platforms.
  • Support executive management with roadmap visibility, delivery forecasting, KPI tracking, and strategic planning.
  • Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, usability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, operational systems, or large-scale platforms.
  • Strong technical understanding of modern web platforms, APIs, cloud environments, and system architecture.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional products with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable, user-friendly products.
  • Experience with Jira, product management tools, and structured delivery methodologies.
  • Strong ownership mentality with strong execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

  • Experience with BI systems, analytics platforms, or AI-powered products.
