On behalf of our client, an innovative legal and professional services firm based in Paphos, we are seeking to recruit a Product Manager to support the firm’s digital transformation and legal technology initiatives.

Role Overview

As the Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, collaborating with legal, technology, and operations teams to develop innovative digital solutions that improve both client experience and internal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
• Gather and prioritize business and user requirements
• Work closely with developers and designers throughout product delivery
• Analyze user feedback and product performance
• Drive continuous product improvements
• Ensure alignment between product strategy and business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful products

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience
• Experience within Legal Tech, FinTech, SaaS, or Professional Services preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities

What the Company Offers
