Position: Product Manager

Location: Larnaca

Type: On-site/Hybrid

On behalf of our client in the sports betting industry we are hiring a Product Manager for their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

The ideal candidate should have experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, primarily in web development, to effectively communicate with the development team. They should also possess a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, along with proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and scale new products, continuously measuring their performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and business needs.
• Prioritize stories, conduct business analysis, and identify key risks and constraints.
• Lead quarterly team planning aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Develop and present product roadmaps for approval.
• Manage the product backlog and define priorities.
• Work closely with the development team to explore implementation options.

Requirements:

• Technical background – preferably experience in web development to communicate effectively with developers.
• Proven experience working with Growth Loops and AAARRR funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency in prioritization frameworks such as WSJF, RICE, or others.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Ability to calculate unit economics and key product metrics (CAC, CR, Engagement Rate).
• Knowledge of web analytics, A/B testing, and automation principles.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to find compromises between stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Russian language will be considered as a strong plus.
