Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Premium Client Advisor.

Main duties:

– Welcome and assist guests in a premium customer-facing environment.

– Present products and services and recommend suitable options.

– Handle account requests, payments, follow-ups and client feedback.

Requirements:

– Experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role.

– Fluent Greek and English; Russian, Hebrew or Arabic is advantageous.

– Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and confidence with digital tools.
