Prefabricated Construction Assembly Lead at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Prefabricated Construction Assembly Lead.

Salary:

– €1,800–€2,500 monthly

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent

Work arrangement:

– On-site production and assembly work in Limassol

Main duties:

– Lead and carry out cross-trade assembly work for modular and prefabricated structures.

– Complete structural and mechanical assembly in line with drawings and production requirements.

– Perform welding, metal fabrication and related fitting work.

– Install and connect plumbing elements where required.

– Fit windows, doors, flashing and other building components.

– Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

– Coordinate production tasks and help maintain quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

– At least five years of relevant construction or production experience.

– Practical proficiency in at least three skilled trades used in prefabricated construction.

– Welding and metal-fabrication capability.

– Working knowledge of plumbing installation.

– Ability to read blueprints and complete accurate assembly work.

– Reliable team leadership, organisation and attention to quality.

Schedule:

– Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30.
