Position: Player Relationship Officer

Location: Limassol/Larnaca

 

On behalf of our client, an industry-leading provider of high-quality turnkey solutions gaming platforms we are looking for a Player Relationship Officer who will join their team in Limassol or Larnaca.  

 

Responsibilities:

·      Applying responsible gaming procedures according to regulations.

·      Being vigilant while reviewing player accounts to ensure they are playing responsibly.

·      Applying RG regulations in a timely manner according to internal procedures.

·      Ensuring responsible gaming events are being handled.

·      Expand players’ game play activity.

·      Proactively contact potential players.

·      Initiating players’ interaction over chat, e-mail and phone.

 

Requirements:

• Very good command of English or native-level proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer service, player support, retention, or a related field.
• Gaming or iGaming background will be considered as an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Self-motivated.
• Communication and verbal skills.
• Able to work five-day rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday:
• 08:00–16:00
• 16:00–00:00
• 00:00–08:00
